Since I moved from Paris to Miami in 1998, I have been buying, selling and renting waterfront homes and condominiums. I have specialized in selling vacation homes, especially waterfronts homes, permanent homes, businesses, hotels, restaurants, foreclosed properties, short sales to foreign nationals from all over the world but especially to french speaking clients. As a full service realtor, I help my clients through every step of the way including locating the perfect property for you, handle property inspections, obtaining financing when required, arranging the closing (transfer of title), and renting and managing the property if required.
