Dear Jack,

I just wanted to send you a brief communication to thank you so much for the speedy and professional manner in which you sold our Penthouse condominium at The Palm Bay Yacht Club. Your research and up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, both locally and internationally is impressive.

Originally, we had selected four realtors to interview for the sale of our home. We remembered how you helped others in our building, as well as the contributions you made years back when you were on our Board. You were first in line, Jack. After our enjoyable interaction with you when you presented your Comparative Market Analysis, we cancelled the remaining presentations with the other real estate agents. We feel as though you gave us a “crash” graduate course in Florida real estate. Your approach was both efficient and effective, and you took the time to address all of our concerns. We felt no pressure from you to sign a contract that day, but we did because your gentle demeanor demonstrated your extensive knowledge of the market, your honesty, and preparedness for the interview. The prospect of selling “one’s home” is not a pleasant process to contemplate, but your sense of humor and unique approach to real estate made it very manageable!

The big surprise, however, was yet to come. Shortly after we “signed to sell,” we received your call that you had from out-of-town clients who wanted to see our condo the next day! They apparently “loved” our condo as they made a cash offer that was more than satisfactory to us! The buyer wanted to close “ASAP,” which meant we would have less than (2) weeks to find another home! Jack, you demonstrated that your concern for us went beyond “the sale” because you realized we had insufficient time with potential extra costs for such a quick “closing.” Unprompted by us, you took the time to consult with the buyers and arranged for us to stay an additional month after closing at no cost to us! As you suspected, we needed every day of that month, and we can’t thank you enough for that!

We can honestly say that you, Jack, went far beyond “the call of duty” as a Realtor. For instance, you always returned our calls in a timely manner, followed thru on everything you said you would, and your staff worked “seamlessly” with you to make sure all necessary tasks were completed correctly and on time.

There are many more examples and attributes we could list, but the bottom line is that your calm demeanor, complete honesty, and superior ability to negotiate between parties impressed upon us to always call you and recommend you above other Realtors.
