Short sale. There are liens/judgements against the property from the City of Miami in excess of 1.2 million. The last buyer negotiated the liens down to 250k I was told verbally. We are looking for a cash buyer who is willing to pay 910k or more and is willing to take on the liens/judgements as an exception to their title policy. Must sign hold harmless upon signing a contract. There is also an order of demolition posted to the door.
